I'm having issues with my payment

Know why your payment is unsuccessful and possible solutions.

When a payment is unsuccessful, we suggest that you review the following:
  • Did you input your card information correctly? 
  • Is your card currently valid?
  • Is your credit card subject to a limit?
  • Have you checked with your bank to see if you can send money to a foreign company?

  • What are my options?

  • 1. Please contact your Credit Card company to make sure there isn't an issue with your account
  • 2. If you attempted a payment through PayPal, we recommended contacting PayPal to ask for clarification why the payment did not go through
  • 3.If you paid with a credit card, you can pay with Paypal instead.
  • 4. If you used Paypal, consider using a credit card that isn't linked to your bank account.
  • 5. If you tried to purchase only once, then you may want to try one more time
  • 6. Don’t hit the ‘go back’ button on the browser or refresh the page. To try again, start the checkout process from the start
  • If you have tried all of these options and everything is working on your end, but the payment has still not gone through successfully, you can send us an email at team@tedbree.com for additional assistance.
